1. Acceptance of Terms & Player Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User," "Participant," or "Player") and Social Gaming LLC ("Company," "Yay Casino," "we," "us," or "our"), governing all usage of the website, games, promotions, and wallet functions located at https://en-yaycasino.com/.

By registering an account, claiming daily coins, or playing any slot games on Yay Casino, you confirm and warrant that:

3. Free Alternative Methods of Entry (AMOE)

In strict conformity with United States sweepstakes law, every eligible participant has the right to obtain Sweeps Coins without expenditure:

1. Daily Digital Reloads: Claim free Sweeps Coins once every 24-hour cycle directly within the lobby cashier.
2. Handwritten Mail-In Requests: Obtain five (5) free Sweeps Coins by mailing an unfolded 4" x 6" postcard in a handwritten envelope containing your full legal name, registered email address, residential physical address, and unique account request code to:

4. Playthrough and Cryptocurrency Prize Redemptions

5. Identity Verification & KYC Screening

Prior to processing any cryptocurrency redemption, Social Gaming LLC reserves the right to request proof of identity, including government-issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport), proof of residential address (utility bill issued within 90 days), and facial biometric liveness checks. Failure to provide legitimate documentation within seven (7) business days may result in redemption cancellation and temporary account suspension.

6. Prohibited Conduct & Account Termination

Players agree not to engage in:

• Registering multiple accounts under different or identical names.
• Using Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) or proxy servers to disguise geographic location.
• Employing automated bot scripts, screen-scraping software, or exploitation algorithms.
• Collusion, money laundering, or chargeback fraud on virtual coin purchases.

Any account engaging in prohibited behavior is subject to immediate permanent forfeiture of all balances and immediate closure without prior notice.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles. Any unresolved controversy or claim arising out of these terms shall be resolved via binding individual arbitration administered under the commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
